H4000 Silicone Spray (Aerosol)

Helmar H4000 Silicone Spray is a non-staining silicone oil used for lubrication and its protective properties for easy cushion filling or arm cap fitting. Polyurethane foam has a tendency to stick when trying to fit into a cushion cover, by spraying a thin layer of silicone lubricant onto the surfaces that come in contact with creates a thin layer between the surfaces and decreases sticking. Applications:

• Industrial:

Lubricates sliding surfaces, cutting dies, mould release, parting agent, heat sealing equipment, spatter guard, prevents adhesive build up, lubricates knives, saw blades, needle points, cutting table surfaces, shell core moulding, prevents ice adhesion, repels ink and water. Lubricates curtain and vertical blind tracking.

• Sport:

Protects against salt water, fishing equipment, waterproofs leather footwear, spray on ski equipment, sailing and boating equipment, preserves rubber o-rings in swimming pool filter equipment.

• Household:

Curtain tracking, vertical drape tracking, frees sticky draws, sliding windows and door tracking, hinges, garage doors, zippers, luggage. Spray on furniture, patent leather shoes, handbags, etc for a brilliant shine.

• Automotive:

Doors, Locks, hinges, silence noisy fan belts, waterproof ignition systems, lubricate rubber mountings, dashboards, insulate electrical systems, speedometer cables, window channels, remove dashboard squeaks, for an excellent shine spray on tyres, rubber mouldings, leather or vinyl interiors.
