T-REX Power Fast Bonding Adhesive Sealant
T‑Rex Power is a high-quality, neutral, elastic, one-component adhesive sealant based on SMX® Polymer with a very high initial tack. T‑Rex Power is a high-strength sealant/adhesive that can hold 320 kg per 10 cm² with a 1-second immediate grab. It is formulated for both sealing and bonding in the building and construction industry.

Applications

Bonding
T‑Rex Power has excellent adhesion on almost all substrates. It has been tested on metal surfaces such as steel, AlMgSi1, and AlCuMg1, as well as plastics like polystyrene, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), PVC, polyamide, and glass fibre-reinforced epoxy. Since specific plastics may differ, we recommend conducting preliminary compatibility tests.
Instructions
Surfaces should be clean and free of dust, grease, or moisture. For bonding, apply T‑Rex Power in beads or dots onto the material to be bonded, then press firmly for immediate grab. Final strength is reached after 24 hours. When used as a sealant, apply a regular bead and smooth immediately with a tool or soapy solution. Application temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.
